Withernsea 2 bed apt + sofa bed

Good value Positive: We were really impressed with this place — it’s spacious, lovely, and offers fantastic value for money. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops, so everything you need is close by. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. Negative: The only small downsides were the noticeable smell of cigarettes inside when we arrived (which I’m sure was just due to a previous guest not following the rules), and the beds could be more comfortable, with one of them having particularly flat pillows. It’s also a shame that check-out is quite early, as a little more time in the morning would have been ideal. Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Good price , it suited our needs. We where visiting family near by. Positive: Location very convenient,less than five minutes walk into town. This property is room only. The property offered everything we needed . Negative: Everything fine for us.

Positive: Just 3 minutes to the beach lovely place to stay very near the shops and pubs spread eagle best food in town you will love this place

Positive: We stayed one night and the apartment was good for our purpose. Located close to the town and the car park was a plus. Mostly in good condition. Nice kitchen. Responsive owner. Negative: We struggled a bit getting the keys out of the locker as the code was (accidentally) never sent but we got it after messaging the owner. The mattresses were quite soft.
