Good value for the size Positive: It was good value for such a large 4 bedroom property and could comfortably accommodate a large family. Walking distance to amenities like supermarkets and there are also lots of great restaurants on nearby Newlands Avenue. Negative: This property has clearly been a student rental, so fixtures and furnishings are functional and basic. It feels like it needs some tender love and care, both inside and out, for example:.the grass in the front garden was knee-high. Overall, though, it's priced appropriately and would be good value for a large family or group.
