Negative: the water didn’t get very hot only just luke warm if that both shower and kitchen

Positive: The location is brilliant, central to everything in Withernsea.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a short stay, very clean & the manager for the accommodation popped round to check everything was OK when we arrived.
Negative: Sofas could do with updating as they dip in in the middle - but I understand this isn't a cheap thing to do, but definitely something to look at.
